Participates in PLM implementation project or application management project, responsible for leading project team to fulfill project objectives on schedule, within budget, and with quality
• Participates in business process assessment, analysis, design and implementation consulting engagements, both packaged and customized
• Understands how information technology interfaces with the functional groups within an organization
• Constructs conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates
• Analyzes customer business process requirements
• Ensures clear understanding of customer's requirements, in validating the business process analysis, design and implementation from proposal through deployment
• Participating in the design and development of software solutions based on client requirements. Applying experience, and theoretical and practical understanding of technology and methodology in designing software solutions.
• Develops multi-level relationships with customers and leads cross-functional design teams to understand and investigate the current business process design, identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, inefficient workflows and other design factors.
• Participates in all phases of implementation projects.
• Installs and configures PTC Windchill, UGS Teamcenter software
• Willing to travel, (domestic/international)

• More than 4 years experience in industry or PDM/PLM field (must have)
• Specialized in PTC Windchill or UGS Teamcenter solutions or DS Matrix1, demonstrates technical architecturing and solution packaging skills
• Experience in developing proposals and statements of work
• State-of-the-art solution architecture design with object-oriented analysis/design as well as the common design patterns. Be able to use Rational Rose or other tools to model
• Expertise in UNIX shell scripting and Oracle
• Ability to think creatively and collaborate with international teams.
• Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong ability to manage task priority and multiple projects concurrently..
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as clearly articulate technical issues both written and verbally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Customer service oriented, i.e. patience and politeness with demanding customers.
• Good command of English (must have)
