Receptionist

Requirement:

1. Bachelors' degree or equivalent education background.
2. 1+ years relevant administrative support experience with MNC, HR experience is a plus.
3. Good English and Chinese skills in both oral and written, good communication skills.
4. Good command of Microsoft Office products including:
Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint.
5. Ability to effectively deal with a wide variety of internal and external people at all levels.
6. Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
7. Mature, professional, self-motivated and with good interpersonal skill. Can work under pressure.

Job Description:



1. Compile / fill the disbursement form for monthly Partner's HP, Office Telephone bill, DHL, Courier, and etc payment;

2. Scan the documents and email to representative staff;

3. Fax (receiving/faxing) submit to staff/clients;

4. Contact common suppliers for booking/purchasing of:
air-Ticket, train ticket, DHL, courier, photocopy machine, taxi;

5. Contact suppliers for quotation / repair office assets e.g. light, printer etc;

6. Ensure office facilities are well functioning from time to time;

7. Instant Client's Petty Cash:
checking invoices and data key-in to petty cash file;

8. Receiving phone call and take down message;

9. Works to be follow or take care during or after office hours;

10. Tasks assigned by Partners/ department managers;

11. Supporting HR Works:
welcoming interviewee to conference room;

12. Other admin works which assigned by department managers or senior staff;
