Security Manager - English                       

Job description
Drive staff training and work closely with account teams, ANZ Security team, GD program and the SZ managers to achieve smooth delivery of services, handling escalations and driving process improvements for all Shenzhen delivery in support of ANZ Security operations.

Areas of responsibility for this role includes:
- manage and lead staff to ensure business objectives are met
- manage risk and exposure
- ensure all compliance activities are executed in an accurate and timely manner
- provide technical and process guidance where required
- manage any SLAs including metrics
- ensure compliance to security standards
- assist in managing projects
- facilitate communication paths back to ANZ where required

o Backfill requests
o Advertising new roles
o Review Leave plans
o Review Succession plans

Operational Responsibilities
o EUS Monthly newsletter submissions
o Account Satisfaction submissions
o BRP Monthly submissions
o Account Team Escalations
o Client Escalations
o Working with Business Office on CSC projects (ie Citrix)
o Approve QMX documentation Updates
o Missing Claim Reports/Review
o Review and Transition of New Work
 
Required

    * Bachelor's Degree
    * At least 5 years experience in Security
    * English: Fluent
