Department Manager ¨C Application Testing Service
Job Description:
- build team and deliver application testing service to customer globally
- build and maintain testing factory infrastructure
- manage service level agreement with client and testing factory process
- manage department budget and expense
- act as site coordinator and hosting manager for all teams
Job Requirements:
- experience of software engineering / system integration -- 8-10 years
- experience of project management, PMP preferred
- experience of people/department management -- 3-5 years
- experience in quality assurance and testing
- fluent in English spoken and written
- experiences in consulting firm, local tier-1 SIs, or R&D centers
